Sometimes we say to ourselves, “When I get to that place it will be better. When I get to that time my life will be richer. If I can get that position then life will fall into place.” Our faith does not rest in a place, a future time, nor a desired position. Our faith is in the One who is with us in all places, times and regardless of our position. May we never allow the object of faith to be anything other than the Lord Himself.
My hope is built on nothing less
