In our relationship with God, we sometimes view initial faith as when we received our portion of mercy. Yet we forget that we have an ongoing need for His mercy. We do not always love the way we should. We fall short of his glory. We have undiscovered areas of our life that are not yet surrendered. We are not always pliable clay in His hands. His mercy endures forever because we forever need His mercy!
Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.
Let Israel now say, “His mercy endures forever.”
Let the house of Aaron now say, “His mercy endures forever.”
