He is the Carpenter who is always building.  He builds community.  He builds families.  He builds His church, and “the gates of hell cannot prevail against it.”  He makes Christian gentleman out of crude men.  He makes Christian ladies out of loose women.  He makes saints out of sinners.  He makes victims into victors.  He makes over-comers out of the weak.  Work with Him and not against Him.  Be the Carpenter’s helper.

“So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.” Philippians 2:12-13 (NASB)
