We are shaped by the word. God spoke and it was. Creation was shaped by the voice of a speaking God. We were spoken into divine likeness by that same word. The speaking Living Word, our Messiah, has come to shape us by His word into His likeness. We are sanctified by this word which is truth. Oh Lord, keep shaping us by your written word, the Bible, and by your Living Word, Jesus our Lord! Amen!
