“Be very careful, then, how you live–not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil” Ephesians 5:15-16a (NIV). Opportunities present themselves to us as unsought and unexpected surprises. Opportunities can also be created by planned interactions with fellow humans. Either way, these are occasions for ministry. It takes wisdom to see, or to create, a window of opportunity. These are moments when we can love, serve and give ourselves to others in the name of Jesus. Lord, may we not let these opportunities escape. Amen!
