That which animates us is a clue to where our passions lie.  The subject we talk about disclose who we are and what we value.  The things that excite our emotions and give us reasons to live the day is a revelation of our core.  These are the things toward which we live, to which we look forward, to which we give time, energy and money.  Dennis Kinlaw said, “Jesus is not the enemy of our common joys.”  But His place as Lord must not be rivaled by any of them.
