The disciples walked with Jesus and all who are His true disciples still do. The Christian life is a daily journey with our Lord. He walks in front of us to lead the way. He walks beside us as our teacher and companion for the journey. He walks through the corridors of our heart and mind, purging as He goes. He never walks over us. The greatest joy in life is to walk with Him. We walk with Jesus by intentionally putting His teachings into practice.
“If anyone serves Me, he must follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also; if anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him.” John 12:26 (NASB)
