“Now I know brothers, that what has happened to me has really served to advance the gospel” Philippians 1:12. What we thought was bad for us turned out to be for our good and even the advancement of the good news. The Christ of Romans 8:28 does not control all things, but makes all things work for our good and His glory. What I thought could not work out, He made it work out. What I thought would be my undoing was my making. What I feared to be my ruin was redeemed for higher purposes. Do not give up! He can make crushing stones to be stepping stones.
