We must not pride ourselves in discovering truth, when in fact it is not ours; we only discovered what was already there. We are to thank God for it; thank God that we see it and humbly embrace it. Arrogance is not the proper stance to carry truth, only humility is. The way we want to “own” Truth can make some reject it; that’s tragic. We bow to something (Truth) and Someone that is above us. When truth brings new insight and new freedom, we are to thank the Source. We walk in new light, which is His Light. We hear new music, which is the harmony of Heaven. We are disciplined by it and thank the Father for that kind of love.
Lord, show us Your Truth and may we always bow to receive and a carry it; grant that we all may share it with real humility. Amen!
