Paul says in II Corinthians 5:17, “If any person be in Christ, he is a new creation the old things have passed away and behold new things have come.” To be “in Christ”, in solidarity with the Risen Christ, is to be made new. “The Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead” is in us, making us one with Him. His indwelling is making us new creations, fit citizens for the descending New Jerusalem. Oh Christ, keep creating us in your likeness.
