There are times in our life that we have to struggle to get where we are going. There are other times that we have to surrender to get there. The battle is the Lord’s and the victory is the Lord’s. Our victory does not come from our great strength but from the strong Right Arm of our Defender. When we take up a battle that belongs to Him, we spoil the victory. We carry our armor, obey His orders and wait to see what He will do.
But Moses said to the people, “Do not fear! Stand by and see the salvation of the LORD which He will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see them again forever. The LORD will fight for you while you keep silent.” Exodus 14:13-14 (NASB)
