We sang a song when I was a child which said, “My Lord knows the way through the wilderness. All I have to do is follow.” One day at a time, one step at a time, we trust His guiding hand. We walk with Him whose other name is Path (Way). Without Him we will always get off the trail. Following His steps, example and teachings, we find inside of ourselves a deep knowing that He really does know the way through the wilderness.
“Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long” Psalm 25:4-5 (NIV).
