The exalted self is a sick self. The isolated self is an underdeveloped self. The self that learns to truly celebrate the other becomes healthy and whole. It is like the Trinity where Father, Son and Spirit celebrate and exalt the Other. “God is love” and exists as Trinity in a community of love. The self that learns to live in celebration of other selves, in sacrificial agape love, becomes healthy and whole like the Model Human, our Lord Jesus Christ.
Father, grant that my self may be centered in Yourself, then I will be truly whole!
