Sometimes we may feel that our mistakes are greater than our accomplishments. We may feel that our failures are greater than our successes. We are never a good judge of what God is doing through our lives. Our perspective is limited. We are to humbly learn from our mistakes and confess our failures. We are to keep on serving, giving and loving. When we do this, someday we will be amazed at what God has wrought through us.
Father, I want too much to be a success when you want me to be faithful. Forgive me! May I learn to love you with all my heart, serve you with all my energies and leave the results to you. Amen!
