There are deeper things of God that have little to do with profound theological thoughts or explanations.  It is a deep surrender to the unknown which is rooted in belief in a trustworthy God.  It is patience in the midst of not knowing how it is going to work out, but knowing that it will.  It is confidently embracing mystery.  It is to hold in one’s arms what cannot be seen with the eye.  It is to know that when you can’t quite grasp it, it has a firm grip on you.  It is to walk within a dark cloud of unknowing with an inner Light.

“Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.” Psalm 62:8 (NIV)
