Quantum physics teaches us, as does the Scripture, that there is no purely physical existence. We now know that every atom of the universe is connected in someway to every other atom. The rocks don’t cry out, but they could, because every atom in every rock and every grain of sand knows its Creator; every atom and molecule is sustained by Him (Colossians 1:17). The atoms of your body know God even before your spirit comes to acknowledge Him. We have been made for Him and our bodies and spirits cannot find meaning apart from Him; we long for Him as our Home because He is our Home. Oh, wandering ones, turn toward Home. The Father is waiting. Your pulse came from Him, beats for Him, and longs for Him.
