Christ spent much time with sinners. He came on a mission to rescue them. His Father is the One who celebrates returning sinners. Heaven’s best celebrations are over their return. It makes angels sing and dance. It strikes up heaven’s choirs. Seeking and returning lost sheep back to the fold can be hard work. Think how life transforming it was to you to come to the Shepherd. Think how it will forever change another person’s history and even their family’s history when they come home to the Father. It is reason for eternal rejoicing.
