“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone…For this reason you also must be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will” (Matt 24:36, 44). No one knows the time of His return, though we’ve heard many clever and convincing predictions. We don’t know when, but we can and must be ready now. Those ready will be found doing His work when He returns.
