“For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, And abundant in lovingkindness to all who call upon You” Psalm 86:5 (NASB). Our Father is wanting you to call on Him so that you can receive His forgiveness. That forgiveness is a standing offer in the magnanimous words coming from the cross, “Father forgive them.” His readiness to forgive is an expression of His grace. It is an expression of His desire for reconciliation with all of His creatures. Call on Him! Confess! He is predisposed and inclined to hear you!
