“And it has often cast him into fire and into water, to destroy him. But if you can do anything, have compassion on us and help us.” And Jesus said to him, “ ‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes.” Immediately the father of the child cried out and said, “I believe; help my unbelief!” (Mark 9:22-24 ESV). Ironic! But he was totally honest. Do you identify with this man? Partial faith must become full faith. “Lord I want to believe more, take out of my life these distractions that take me away from a strong faith in You.” How do we strengthen faith? It is to be prayerfully in the presence of our Lord, delighting in Him and delighted to be with Him.
