“And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth” (John 1:14). Then amazingly we read later that Jesus prayed, “I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one: I in them and you in me.” John 17:22-23 NIV). The glory that was on the tabernacle in the wilderness, and was on Jesus Himself, is now shared with us. This glory is, “I in them”. This glory does not point to us as being glorious but to the true glory of the Son who has come to live in us. Embrace it humbly. Let Him shine through you brightly.
