“And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death.” Revelation 12:11 (NASB)
The word of our testimony is an expression of our faith. It is what we say with our mouth that we believe in our heart. We overcome by a life of faith and confidence in the one who has made a full atonement for our sins by the sacrifice of himself. The love that drove that sacrifice makes us want to declare, “I am one of His!” He unashamedly owned lost humanity on the cross. Owning the One who has owned you is the way of salvation.
