God is drawn to us, not by our great value, but by His great love. However, we must never forget that it is His love that made us in His image; that gives us inestimable value. The Giver of life has given us worth by the way He cherishes and values us. Without the value our Father places on us we would be specks of cosmic dust. But He who is Love has lifted us up from the dust and has made us able to sit together in the heavenly places with Christ Jesus; He indwells us by His own Spirit. He has destined us for fellowship with the Divine Trinity. Hallelujah!
“O LORD, our Lord, How majestic is Your name in all the earth, Who have displayed Your splendor above the heavens!… When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained; What is man that You take thought of him, And the son of man that You care for him? Yet You have made him a little lower than God, And You crown him with glory and majesty! You make him to rule over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet,…O LORD, our Lord, How majestic is Your name in all the earth!” Psalm 8:1, 3-6, 9 (NASB)
