There are times in our lives when we cannot even hear the things we need to hear. Where we are causes us to miss it. We all can remember that there were things out there that we could have heard and should have heard, but because of immaturity, did not. We can’t change that, but can learn from it. With honest self knowledge, openness to truth, and with the grace of the Holy Spirit we can profit greatly from new light and grow spiritually.
Dear Lord, work in my heart to expose those places in me that prevent me from hearing what You want so much for me to hear. You desire that I grow in an unhindered way. Help me to not be that hindrance. Amen!
