2) You are to treat people like Jesus would treat them (Modeling Christ). Follow the steps of Jesus. Look at how He treated people in His life. Look at the compassion with which He received the broken. Look at the personal acceptance sinners had in His presence. Consider the breaking of cultural taboos by even eating with them. Look at how He touched the untouchables. Search for ways to reach out to others like Jesus did. Jesus went into their homes and ate their food. He sat in the surroundings they lived with everyday. He knew how to be with people with acceptance, love and compassion. Follow the Man.
