“I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do” John 17:4 (NKJV). Since we have been sent as Christ was sent, and since we are to be in the world as He was in the world (1 John 4:17b), we have a work to do which no one else can do. His work is all around us. We are present in the world to glorify our Father by our deeds, speech and manner of life. Our assignment is to carry out a servant ministry, which is like Him and for Him.
