“He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him” John 1:10 (NASB). The purpose of His coming was to be made known. The failure to know does not rest with Him but with us. Our preconceived ideas about Him, our inattention and self-focus hinder it. Oh Lord, grant that we may know You the way You want to be known. Show us the inner barriers to this that we may confess and be cleansed.
