When discipling another, don’t mold that person in your own image. “Fools rush in where angels fear to tread.” Each person is to become a unique masterpiece. No two people mature in the same way, though there are certain things we all have in common in our growth. Each needs to blossom to their full potential. Give them the tools to think. Give them the basics of the creeds. Help them understand the grand and repeated themes of the Bible. Coach them in obedience to the Spirit. Watch and encourage their distinctively individual development. God delights in that no two of His children are the same.
