Emptied of Rights and Privileges
The One who was the highest came to the lowest. The One who was the richest became the poorest. The Origin of Life tasted death for all by His crucifixion. The Master became a slave. The sinless One submitted to die like a criminal. He who commanded the beginning of the universe became obedient to His Father on a Roman cross. Though He had already come in humility, He bent to the humiliation of mockery. Though He was Lord of All, He submitted to lesser lords, governors and kings. His attitude is to be our attitude (Philippians 2:1-8). How are we doing? Lord Jesus Christ, I need Your help! Amen!
