Gratitude keeps us from self-focus and is good for our mental health.  It acknowledges our Heavenly Abba from whom all good and all blessings flow; that’s healthy.  To celebrate in gratitude the gifts of life can lift our spirits to a new level; it can keep us from the trail of despair.  To celebrate what you have been given rather than bemoaning what you lack is a healthy tonic to the soul.

Father, You have blessed us beyond measure; Your blessings are more than we can count.  Thank You, oh Abba.  Enable us to live each day in the healing stream called gratitude.  Amen!
