The Ten Commandments should be understood as a whole and not selected pieces.  The first four are about our relationship with God and the last six are about our relationship with each other.  God’s commands are about relationships between His children, their neighbors, and His children’s relationship with Him.  Each of the Ten Commandments are different facets of the one diamond, “Me, You and God”.
