In this world you will have trouble. “Life is difficult” is the opening line of M. Scott Peck’s book, The Road Less Traveled. Jesus said, ”In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world” John 16:33b (NASB). His whole point is that you too can overcome. When things are bigger than you can handle, look at the model of Jesus and draw on His grace, day by day and moment by moment.
