Good works for the Christian are not a way of showing ourselves off but letting the Light within us shine outward. The Light of the World has come to live in us and shine through our deeds. These are the works He would do in your world. We do them, because that is who we are and what we have become. We have this Light inside of us that shines out. Stay transparent, pure and clean so you don’t hide nor hinder the Inner Light.
“Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 5:16 (NASB)
