Some people like leftovers and some do not. Like them or not, God serves leftovers! When God serves us leftovers He is kindly helping us with unfinished business with Him and others. He is trying to help us grow and deal with life in new and more mature ways. He wants to help us with a whole array of attitudes and feelings that may be inaccurate or inappropriate. He may be trying to get us to deal with the hidden and the unresolved. He wants us to release, to relearn, to reset and to restart. Please pass the leftovers!
Father, we know that you have forgiven us our past sins. You have embraced us in spite of our past. You want to be our Teacher and Coach so that we do not keep stumbling in this race over the same things.
