You may have been conceived in love or lust. You may have grown up in abject poverty, sufficiency or abundance. You may have been abused or nurtured. Your DNA make-up, with all of your pre-dispositions, may be a burden to you. You may feel like a misfit and out of place. But you must know this, you must not forget this, you are the Father’s creation! More than that, you are His beloved child. None of His children are perfectly normal, a motley lot they are, but He loves perfectly all of His imperfect ones. Rejoice.
