Life is a gift lived by permission. It is to be lived in and for the “will of the Lord.” This is life with a higher purpose. Each day is a gift to pour out as an offering to Our Lord by serving others. We don’t know how many days we have to serve. But if I give Him each day, then I can look back over a life well lived. We can tell how He kept us by His grace and led us all the way. Chooses this destiny! Live every day toward it! He will help you!
“Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, and spend a year there and engage in business and make a profit.” Yet you do not know what your life will be like tomorrow. You are just a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away. Instead, you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and also do this or that.” James 4:13-15 (NASB)
