Most of the time life does not wait for us to get ready when it throws problems our way. We would like more time to assess the situation or even absorb the blow, but it is not an option. Remember though, we do not have to muddle through when the Lord is with us. He hears short desperate prayers for strength and wisdom. We hear Him say, “I will never leave you or forsake you” (Heb 13:5). Our heart gives a resounding, “Amen”. He gives us His resources, and He always brings us through when we trust Him.
