Joshua looked back over his life and said, “Not one of the good promises which the Lord had made to the house of Israel failed; all came to pass” (Joshua 21:45). God’s promises are not going to let us down because they are backed by God Himself. There are not many “sure things” in this world, but the word of God is sure. As you go about your day, know that you are trusting in One who will not let you down.
