“I know whom I have believed and I am convinced that He is able to guard what I have entrusted to Him until that day…Guard, through the Holy Spirit who dwells in us, the treasure which has been entrusted to you” 2 Timothy 1:12, 14 (NASB). In your relationship to the Father, there are three guards who work together: Christ, the Holy Spirit and you. Christ watches over what you have entrusted to Him, and together you and the Spirit guard the treasure (relationship and ministry) He has given you. Guarding speaks to the value of what is being protected. Guard the precious relationship you have with your Father!
