Gratitude has a way of untangling life. It has a way of putting our frustrations into a more realistic context. It helps us look up instead of always looking down and around. If we look too long at our problems, we will find them looming so large that they threaten us with their sheer size. Look in gratitude to the Lord who mercifully gives us all good things, and perspective will return. Gratitude is what drives our song.
