God loved the world in its sin and brokenness. He loved it enough to become incarnate in it. He loved it so much He wanted to redeem it. He loved it so much He would not abandon it to its fall. He loved it so much that He did not come to condemn it. He loved it and all the people who have ever and will ever inhabit it. He loved the world so much that He set in motion the new creation of it by His own resurrection. Let this kind of love grip you and shape you like the one who loves so much. Start loving the world in the same way He did. Living this self-sacrificial love forms you toward godliness.
