Distractions will make you miss your turn and get you on the wrong road. They can get you into unnecessary collisions. They show a loss of focus. They can make you miss opportunities. They move you away from the pursuit of your goals. To get back on the right way, distractions must be ignored, or put in their place. It means that you must become purposeful and focused. Our primary purpose as believers is to follow our Lord and to become like Him. So, to get back on the way we must turn our eyes again on Jesus.
Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face,
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim,
