Be quiet before Him. Listen! Be still! That is praying too! It is praying when our mind is set upon Him, even when there are no words exchanged. There is strength derived from being in His Presence, in being alone with Him. We can be too much with people. Constant social connections pull us to and fro. We need some down time, away from noise, busyness and distractions. We need some Jesus time. Our greatest leaps forward may be when we are still.
“Be still, and know that I am God! I am exalted among the nations, I am exalted in the earth.” Psalm 46:10
