Paul speaks of Christ being “formed in us,” (Galatians 4:19).  In another place he says that we are chosen “to become conformed to the image of His Son” (Romans 8:29).  In 2 Corinthians 3:18, we “are being transformed into the image” of the Lord.  Our destiny as believers is to be formed, conformed and transformed into Christlikeness. By the sanctifying processes of the Spirit, God is at work in us, shaping us into the image of Jesus.  Surrender to the Potter.

“But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.”  2 Corinthians 3:18 (NASB)
