We cannot fix other people. We can love them. Love, when received, has a way of doing the fixing. What makes us want to fix the flaws in other people when we have a basket full of our own? What makes us want to control a person with free will, when God does not even do that? Control carries with it bondage. Love invites us to freedom.
Lord Jesus, thank You for Your love that frees us to be what we were intended to be. Thank You for the freedom Your Love has birthed in us. Amen.
