Temptations need to be discerned for what they are. Satan disguises himself as a lamb, a light bearer, a kind counselor and a truth sharer. He also likes for temptations not to be seen as temptations. He wants you to think that it is reasonable and makes sense. He had a different way for Jesus to live out his vocation as Messiah. He has a plan for you to tone down the claims of the gospel. Resist him! Submit to Christ’s Lordship!
