Hang out with mature Christians, good teachers, and faithful servants. You need the influence of others to cross pollinate with what you are becoming. You need the truth of others to fill in where your deficiencies are. You need the example of others to inspire you. You need the strength of others to spur you on. We need faithful sisters and brothers to help us become more than we could otherwise ever be. Faithful folks can have an inestimable impact on what you become.
