There are some basic human principles of courtesy, kindness and respect toward others that are essential in human dialog. When these actions are not a part of who you are, no one is going to believe nor listen to your testimony of lofty religious experiences nor your special insight into biblical truth. If you cannot be kind and speak the “truth in love” then keep your religious experiences and Bible quotations to yourself.
“The Lord’s bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged.” 2 Timothy 2:24 (NASB)
