People of all time, before and after Christ will be judged by Christ.  How could all the dead who ever lived be judged by Christ and have an opportunity to have life in Him if they had never heard Him?  Well they did hear Him, because He preached the gospel to those who were in Hades (1 Peter 3:18–20, 4:3-6).  Even for those who did not repent before the flood, even the dead from every nationality, tribe, ethnic group, outside of the covenant history of Israel, He went and preached.  His patient love compelled Him. “The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9 NIV).

3For you have spent enough time in the past doing what pagans choose to do—living in debauchery, lust, drunkenness, orgies, carousing and detestable idolatry. 4They think it strange that you do not plunge with them into the same flood of dissipation, and they heap abuse on you. 5But they will have to give account to him who is ready to judge the living and the dead.  6For this is the reason the gospel was preached even to those who are now dead, so that they might be judged according to men in regard to the body, but live according to God in regard to the spirit.” (1 Peter 4:3–6 NIV).
