We live in a world where so many people seem increasingly broken. Abuse, addictions, sinful behaviors, and corrupt thinking have them in chains, decay and repeated cycles of failure. God can break these generational cycles. He can create new stories. He can give them hope and a fresh start. God can begin something transformational in their families, changing the outcome of their story and changing history.
Father, I am so grateful someone brought the good news of Jesus to us. It has forever changed my story and the story of my family. Lord, enable us to be loving witnesses and godly examples that can change another person’s life story. And may we live our story in such a manner that it fits in Your larger story.
